Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times Estimated delivery time: 3-4 business days for metro areas, 4-6 business days for non-metro and rural areas. Delivery times may vary due to external factors such as weather conditions or courier service delays.

Shipping Charges A flat shipping fee of ₹100 applies to all orders delivered within India.

Tracking Information Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp/SMS with a tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping We currently ship within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Delivery Issues If your package is delayed or lost in transit, please contact us at support@pureo.co.in with your order number. In the case of an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, re-shipment costs will be the customer's responsibility.

Customs & Duties Not applicable for domestic orders. For any future international orders, customs fees, duties, or taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
