Welcome to Pureo ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or purchasing from our website pureo.co.in, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. General These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and purchase of our products. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
2. Products Pureo sells laundry pods that are consumable and perishable in nature. All product descriptions, images, and pricing are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
3. Pricing & Payment All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge the stated amount.
4. Orders & Cancellations Once an order is confirmed, cancellations may not be possible as orders are processed promptly. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately at [your support email] and we will do our best to assist before dispatch.
5. Shipping & Delivery We ship across India. Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. Pureo is not liable for delays caused by third-party logistics partners.
6. No Return & No Refund Policy As our laundry pods are consumable and perishable products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds. In case of a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will review and respond on a case-by-case basis.
7. Intellectual Property All content on pureo.co.in — including logos, product images, text, and branding — is the intellectual property of Pureo and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable Indian IP laws. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.
8. Privacy Your personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Information Technology (Reasonable Security Practices and Procedures and Sensitive Personal Data or Information) Rules, 2011 under the IT Act, 2000.
9. Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Pureo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Pune. We encourage resolution of disputes through mutual discussion before pursuing legal remedies.
11. Changes to Terms We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
